At Access Denied, we want to ensure your streetwear fits perfectly, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are exempt from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
